Can We Do Better?

All our content is provided with integrity and we hold ourselves to the highest standards.  If we fall short of any expectations, we want to hear about it.

We Won’t Ignore It

Every post that we create is the result of professional experience and thorough research.  As we create and publish our content, we strive to ensure the information and advice we provide is correct, truthful, helpful and up-to-date.

However, we do cover an array of topics and know that things may be done differently at different institutions. We are also aware that information can be overtaken by developments and that it’s not always easy to keep abreast of events.

Therefore, if you do come across any errors, please don’t simply ignore them or let them be a measure of our work.

Report them to us and allow us to correct them so the international students that we serve have the sound and reliable information they deserve.

Types of Mistakes to Report

If you disagree with us or are not fond of something that we’ve written or said, we’re open to feedback and suggestions.  However, by ‘mistake to report’ we mean:

a significant omission

wrong information

information that is out of date

correct information that is provided in the wrong place or context

information that is misleading

advice that is not sound

unintelligible language

How to Report a Mistake

All our written posts have an ‘Improve this Post’ option, just underneath the post image and author details.  This is the easiest way to report a mistake to us.  As the posts are divided into sections, it would help if you could quote the section number.

If the error is in one of our videos, the best way for reporting any errors or suggestions for improvements is by using this format:

At 2:07, you say “…”.  This is incorrect because “…”.  The correct information is “…”.

In addition to using the reporting option on every post page, you can email us or complete this contact form.
