A stir fry is a quick and easy meal which you can easily alter, depending on the ingredients that you have around!

How to Make it
Heat oil in frying pan or wok, on a high temperature
Add the chopped onion and cook until golden.
Add a splash of soy sauce and then all of the other vegetables.
Cook while stirring continuously for about 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables have softened
Add the egg noodles and stir for another 2 minutes, then serve
In a microwave safe bowl or container add a handful of almonds and a splash of soy sauce, put in the microwave for 35 seconds and then serve on top of the cooked vegetables.
